BB&T Classic: Maryland vs George Mason Pictures

Went to the BB&T Classic and thanks to Inside Maryland Sports, I was able to capture images from the two games. On a personal photography note, I left some of my usual equipment at home as I rode the Metro in to Verizon Center. I used my Nikon D90 with a new Nikkor 24-70 mm f/2.8 lens for this game. Still learning how to use this awesome lens so bear with the occasional blur.

Coach Turgeon's postgame press conference
It's a good win for us. I think George Mason is an excellent team that is going to win a lot of games.
They have a great coach. It took us a long time to get used to their quickness
We had this neutral court game against a team that is well-coached and won 24 games last year.
They beat Virginia and should have beat New Mexico, which was a heart breaker for them.
We turned the ball over a lot, we actually turned it over the whole game.
Nineteen turnovers and 16 missed free throws kept the game close.
